The Milam County Election Department is a Division of the Milam County Clerk’s Office.  The Election Department is responsible for the County, State and Federal Elections for Milam County.  For your local School or City Elections see HELPFUL LINKS & INFO below or for voter questions you may try

Milam County has 4 early voting locations and 11 regular voting precinct locations.  Your voting precinct can be found on your voter certificate or you may contact the Voter Registration Department at the Milam County Tax A/C Office. There are some elections when the voting locations have to be moved or voting precincts may be combined.  We make every effort to inform the voter of these changes by posting notices in the Court House, at the County Clerk’s Office (main early voting location), at the old voting location and in the local newspapers.    Before early voting begins, we ask that you check back to this site for up to date information.  You are also welcome to phone our office with any questions or concerns.  We are here to assist the voter.  YOUR VOTE COUNTS!
